With word that turnout for the runoff could be as low as 5%, reports from one area of the state are of a robust turnout that could equal or surpass that of the July 15 primary.  Voters in North DeKalb County precincts report heavy turnout, which could deprive Vernon Jones of winning his home county as results come in tonight.  In the July 15 primary, Jones scored 42% in DeKalb in a 5 way race.
